Smash Daddies is a veteran-owned, family-run food trailer in Elgin, Texas built around a simple idea: build the Community Table where everybody eats.
After seeing neighbors come together during one of Texas’ winter freeze emergencies, Papa Smash realized something powerful — when people share food, they remember they belong to the same community.
So, that is what Smash Daddies is about.
We’re seeding the need and feeding the need in our community — serving fresh smash burgers, dirty dawgs, wings, and more of your favorite comfort food, while building the kind of table where neighbors can sit down, share a meal, and remember that we’re all part of the same story.
